Remember Today

Contributed by nightrider on Saturday, 9th November 2002 @ 02:00:00 PM in AEST
Topic: Grief

Terror, smoke, pain, and fear,
all now are here,
no one believes,
no one can see,
what is happening to me,
my heart is racing,
my head pounding,
this pain and hurt seem everlasting,
life is a precious thing,
but mine seems to run from me,
my breathing hurts,
i cant move,
im ready to lose,
let me go,
let me die,
i dont even want to try,
my will to live is gone,
and now my life is done.

remember me,
my face and words.
remember me,
my pain and hurt.
remember me,
remember today.
