Distance, only seven letters
It can be tiny, it can be immeasureable
It covers land, sea and time
One wakes, one sleeps
One sleeps, one wakes
It can tear you apart, it can heal you
It can split you in half
It can put you together
When together there is no distance,
When apart, immeasureable
You feel a part of you is missing, a limb, a piece of your heart
The distance grows
You want to be whole, to be together
You hope
You wait
You cry
You ache
The distance grows
