I Thought
I really thought we were something special
something that would never end
I thought I made you feel special
And not just like a normal friend.
I thought we were gunna be together until our dying days
I thought we would grow old together and never astray
You make me happy inside
I wish I could do that to you.
I have always loved you through and through
From the very start
You have been the one for me
And I wish we would never part
I though you loved me
I though together we would always be
I guess I was wrong
For you have not confided in me
Knowing that you dont want to be with me
has broken my heart like no other can ever do
I know that when you leave nothing will be the same
I will sit in my room and almost go insane
I will wonder what your doing
And if you have found new love
Ill wonder if you still think of me
And ask myself
Why is my life so rough?
Losing you is going to hurt oh so much
But I guess its for the best
For everything happens for a reason
And in god I do trust
I trusted you with my heart
And now I wish I wouldnt have
For now it is torn all apart
And I am always feeling bad
I wish that together we would always be
But I guess im just wishing for that will never be.
