Tonight's a slow night
So slow it frightens me
If only I had something to do
Someone to talk to
Someone to be with...
Tonight's a slow night
I don't even feel tired
Tomorrow will be long too
A lonely house
Full...but lonely
Tonight's a slow night
I feel my breathing has stopped
My body is frozen
I need to be touched
Needing to be held
Tonight's a lonely night
My body feels cramped
I need a release
From here, to there
Where ever you are
Tonight's a lonely night
Except in my dreams
You're always there
Now & forever
Tonight's a lonely night
But I still love you
