Living is better than dying sometimes

Contributed by emodcgirl36 on Monday, 27th September 2004 @ 03:59:43 PM in AEST
Topic: happypoetry

I used to say that love was bad
That nothing ever came out of it
Except sadness
Then I woke up one day and saw the light
And now I am cheerful and pleasant
My life is still unbalanced
But it's my attitude that keeps it there
My head still spins everyday
But it's my personality that gives me hope
That it will all fade away
I hope that this doesn't end
Because loving is better than dying
I'm so happy that I can be free
And not down underground all the time
Let hope bring you freedom
And hope for the people still under
Let's keep our chins up
And wake up to find another day among us

This was interesting and hopeful. "wake up to find another day among us" I like that phrase. Cheers!
