Shes done it for attention and thinks it makes her look cool. I think shes pathetic!
Id under stand if she really did hurt inside, but her doing this ISNT for that reason, well, that's my views anyway... 'Coz she cuts and then tells people about it saying LOOK AT ME! Im a cutter, but I dont get her at all! I dont mean to sound bitter in this, but today hasnt gone well so Im letting it out please coment...
You tell me you cut,
How do you think Im gonna feel?
You said you were mad last night.
So you cut coz you couldnt heal.
They call you a freak.
For liking Living Dead Dolls
They say things to me,
And it makes me so cold!
They laugh at us,
For not being like them!
But Im used to their words,
Where as it gets to your head.
I didnt realize it hurt you so bad!
Since you push it aside in school.
Why couldnt you tell me it hurt so sad?
Then we could sort it out once and for all.
But no Rebecca,
Go carve you skin!
Then show people, until attention comes in.
Whyd you it?
You make me feel sick.
Why self-harm, when you get no kick?
It hurts me because Ive made that mistake.
Self-harm, coz you think youre brave.
But wake up one day, and NO ONE can relate.
Live inside your stains,
And all those nasty names.
And youre stinging in painful hate.
Then youre labeled again.
Because NO ONE can relate!
Shes carved in LOSER,
And also FREAK
She thinks its cool.
Her cuts arent even deep.
But shes got to the school nurse,
Made a real big thing.
I tried to talk to her,
But she wouldnt listen to me
So I fell back,
Out of the way.
And so OTHER people started,
And scrod up my brain.
They wouldnt let me pass,
And when I did, they called my name.
I went out side feeling worthless,
But put on my SMILING FACE.
IM SICK OF PEOPLE STARTING.
AND OF REBECCA THINKING ITS COOL!
Im sick of feeling this way!
Im sick of going to school!
Im sick of living at home!
And living with every LITTLE thing.
Then going to school and getting abuse,
And breaking from what it brings!

You sound really awesome. I'm really proud of you for being different but not turning to cutting just because "it's cool" because it's not. It's addictive. I don't understand people who think it's cool. Awesome poem, I can understand where you're coming from. Tell Rebecca there are other ways to get attention.

This is very sad and heart wrenching!
None of us has the right to judge the other as when one judges then they are bringing judgement down on themselves. I really don't know allot about self mutalation but I do know it has to have a reason from whence it cometh.
A person should go to their Dr. and ask for help as I know deep down no one really wants to do that.

| well i think you should lay off of her. its her like to screw up after all. let her do it royally. she might learn something from it. cutting is like drugs you get more tolerant, addicted, and abusive. and what she does is her problem not yours. you tried to help, but you cant help a fool who doesnt care or listen. worry about yourself and your life. becuase you are the only one that can change yours. |
