" Please Americans "
Living in and being an American is really great
America is the best country there is no debate
We live in the beautiful land of the free
Our prides reflected through the statue of liberty
We owe our thanks to the strong early settlers
Our society has become the nation go-getters
World wide, we have become the super power
We never back down, we never cower
The land of the free is fowled with high crime
Too many Americans breaking laws and doing hard time
We all try to do the right things
Many of us get caught up doing wild flings
Too many people looking with not enough jobs
College students sometimes creating ugly mobs
Please Americans, quit failing us all
The day is coming when it will all fall
Consuming natural resources like there is no tomorrow
Soon there will be none left to borrow
Please Americans, wake up now and heed
Our future generations also have a need!!!!!

Good work here but the way our politions are going we may have to go to Russia to have freedom one of these days.
I'm really up set with our polititions with what's going on over in Irac and they are jus steadily cutting each other down and are not giving our soilders any support.
Yet I'm still proud to be American. but very disturb at the politions.

great write mickey very interesting and all so very true. I'm proud to be an American also but fed up with our polititions. We all need to stick together.
