Who do they think they are
The people of my generation
Only 14 and 15
They smoke
They drink
They "do the nasty"
How will they ever succeed
My generation throws its life out the window
Gives life to booze and women and weed
Only 14 and 15
And their lives are over
Done for
They've screwed themselves over
So much for college
So much for a decent career
So much for setting the example
So much for my generation
But I don't wish to be
In that part of my generation

| I think like that a lot but I do not think that a little beer will really hurt some one if the know how to drink. There are many people out there that can't just have a drink every once in a while but some can. I think if you are the kind of person that can just occasinally drink and maybe smoke pot then it's fine. The sex thing...yeah I am not doing that now, only 14. That is a little to young to have sex. Though ina few years, I may because I feel I wil be able to handle something like that unlike many people that are young. Okay...Now I kinda feel like I'm rambaling. |

| its not just our generation is been going on for a long time, its just gotten just noticably worse. fahrenheit 451 comes to mind. |

I like these kind of poems about
that age range. I've been looking back
lately and it's inspired me to
address some things that happened
to me.
