I see you twice on a nice day
in the morn, again at last ray
warm and tender, cold away
birds robustly singing as they sway
horses' contentedly eating hay
children laughing while they play
golden tendrils mark the way
shimmering light upon the bay
lovers embrace, happy and gay
never a thought but come what may
your light a miracle, here to stay
no disappointment, you know the way
you'll fade to night, but won't go away
I'll see you tomorrow, if it's like today

Yes, it is sad for those stuck inside office buildings all day long and rarely see the sun. The office i had had no window and I would have to walk down a long corridor just to find a window to look out and see the sun and clouds and sky. Too many live like that now. Sad really.
