Going home

Topic: SadPoetry

I'm going crazy
Flashbacks haunting me
Bright lights and fire balls all around me
I lost someone close and now she's not here with me
Walking the cold field at night
I was lost and unaware
What caused this to happen
Where am I
I've never been here before
It all seems unreal
The sky is black
The ground is cold
The breeze is steady
I just want to go home
Or wake up which ever the case may be
I seem to be heading towards a light
It grows closer and closer but I fail to reach it
Why'd she have to walk
Why couldn't she wait for me to pick her up
Why didn't she see the truck coming
It killed her on impact
He wasn't paying attention and thought it was a deer
She came out of no where he say's
That was the night I lost my sister
I finally reach the light
She is there to send me back
It's not your time she say's
I smile and turn around
It was nice seeing you again sis thank you
