I cant heal.
I cant speak of you.
Youve trapped me with these thoughts,
And I cant escape.
Youre swarming me,
Controlling me,
Dissolving me,
Into nothing.
I hope youre happy now,
And I hope you rot in hell.
I hate you!
Youve ruined my life.
Youre sick,
Youre twisted,
And Im stuck with you,
Forever taunting me,
Always haunting me.
You torment me in my head,
So no one else can see,
The pain youre causing.
Im so angry,
Yet I cant let it out.
Frustration grips me,
And you just laugh,
Tell me its fine.
Its not
But I have no choice.
I cant stop you.
Im guilty.
But at least I stopped you,
From hurting others.
At least one good thing,
Came from this mess.
Please leave me alone

| It isn't any fun is it? I'm curious to know how you stopped them from hurting others...I can't. Your poem is powerful, emotional and know that you aren't alone..if that's any consolation. |
