why do you do this to me?
i'm hurting inside can't you see?
breaking my heart once more
pain rips through my core
knees buckle
body falls
every minute
you don't call
i want you here
right next to me
two as one
we can be
no more tears
left to cry
a desert has formed
inside my eyes
i'm thinking of you
are you doing the same
you still aren't calling
am i to blame?
i dial your number
pick up the phone
i can't stand being here
all alone
without your heart
beating in unison with mine
i know we can stand
the test of time
give me one more chance
i'll make it right
call my phone
i'll mend this fight
atleast tell me it's over
and that we're through
i don't want to live
this life without you
phone rings
hello? are you there?
i'm sorry i hurt you
of course i care
i'll love you forever
don't leave me now
can't live without you
i don't know how
thank you so much
for not letting me go
i'll prove my heart
my love will show

i'll dream about you

and sweet dreams too
i lay down in my bed
and dream of his face
my mouth begins to smile

i can't believe he kept me

| its hard to see this as just being a "silly poem" because it seems so real to me, then again my heart is full of emptiness...ironic don't you think? anyways i want this to happen for me! anywho good write |
