You think I forsake you
when you pour out your heart unto me,
you think I don't suggest a solution
you got it all wrong,
all the way, I listen.
You think I walk past you in a hurry
when you wait for me for so long,
you think I don't get back to you in time
you got it all wrong,
all the way, I listen.
You think I do not hear you call
when you're in deep trouble,
you think I always ignore you when you fall
you got it all wrong,
all the way, I listen.
You think I don't know you anymore
when tears run down from your eyes,
you think I dis-own you
you got it all wrong,
all the way, I listen.
You think I am way far from you
when you need something from me,
you think I always avoid you
you got it all wrong,
all the way, I listen.
Wherever I am, wherever you may be
whenever it is, whatever you need,
just make a gentle prayer
trusting in me, in my words,
Never worry, I will answer you
because I LISTEN!
