Begging and pleading Look into my eyes Still you know the truth This is the life without lies
There is nothing you can float on Everyone is here Everything is real I cant pretend to love you
Drop me off this pedestal I cant hide anymore Forget it all I wont live like this anymore
There is nothing you can float on Waking up lost hopes Theres no way around You must face the truth I never loved you
I was just a peddler selling broken smiles They warned me but I didnt listen I have nothing left to give Just a final smile

An awesome write, sensitive, and truthful in a way, if you cant show love then what is wrong with friendship? isnt that better than losing them altogether.
Cool poem.

wow I loved the title of this poem I wish I
could make titles that just grabbed people by
the face and forcibly made them read the
poem. This was an awesome poem so I am
glad I read it... even though my face is
bruised. I like how you explained what the
poem was about... otherwise I wouldn't have
gotten it, but thats what the best poems are
made of. Once again I enjoyed this.
