True love is a gift that one should cherish- For it is given freely and without hesitation- And there are no demands or conditions- As the heart’s love is a valued treasure…
True love is able to withstand the test of time- Forever there in the heart to linger about- Always seeking the light of a single spark- To cause emotions to burn like a fire out of control…
True love is a thought that leads one into insanity- Yet as the mind is clouded into a darkness- The heart will guide you back into the light of reality- For true love is a multitude of complex emotions…
True love lives forever within the heart and soul- Never to be forgotten nor left behind to wither- As nothing can withstand the power of the heart’s love- Not time nor distance, nor the length of separation…

True love is so rare too. We don't run across it often, but when we do, it's magic. Excellent write! |

It is a rare and precious gift that should never be taken for granted. It should always be handled with the utmost of care and tenderness. Nicely penned.
