Without You

Contributed by DragonLuvSong on Wednesday, 6th October 2004 @ 11:30:57 PM in AEST
Topic: goodbyepoetry

Without you I can be happy.
Without you I can be myself.
Without you I am better off.

Everyday you made me cry.
Maybe it was something that you said.
Maybe it was something that you did.
Maybe it was just who you are.

You never respected me.
You never loved me.
You never trusted me.
And you never let me understand you.

I always felt that you treated me badly.
You talked down to me as a woman.
Who you are just wasnt right for me.

You were very mean to me and then thought I should still love you.
I always took you back because I wanted to believe it would work.
I accepted all about you that I hated.
My love was to be unconditional but you could do whatever you pleased.

Without you I know I will still hurt.
Without you I will still remember everything.
Without you I will survive on my own.
Without you I will be able to move on.
