The sky is falling! the sky is falling! The chicken child said, Run and tell your owl friends before they all are dead!
The Jasmine grows so very tall, and one of its petals just happened to fall. That was the feeling on your head, Now dont you worry We wont be dead.
The chicken turned away, quite sad, a little scared, a little mad. She closed her eyes, but didnt cry, Her owl friends were all to die For not believing falling sky.
She knew of what shed spoke and said. She knew that soon, theyd all be dead. Who would have thought the falling sky Would cause every thing to die. Except the Jas, so very high.
The chick chicken walked to the pen, The sky is falling, she said again. Run and tell the pigs and boars. She told the pig with the face of hoars. Go save your friends, the pigs and boars.
In all my years on this Great Farm, Never have I heard such harm To come from The Great Father Sky. You need not worry, we shall not die. We all are friends with Father Sky.
I know, Ive heard, The jasmines tall, And one petal happened to fall. The tiny chick feared Father Sky, She knew that every thing would die. She turned, and walked, and dared not cry.
She then went to the masters dogs, Upset because all of the hogs Were doomed beyond all of their eyes To suffer Father Skys demise Just like her friends, the owls wise.
The sky is falling! The sky is falling! the chick said to the dogs. Go round up the other sheep. And go round up some logs.
Without question, the dogs did flee. They rounded sheep and logs with glee. When they where done, they asked Chick why. We need to build a ladder high To reach the jasmine in the sky.
We need to keep the sheep inside, else theyd get scared and run to hide. We need to climb the jasmine tall To stop the sky from trying to fall To talk him out of killing all.
The dogs ran in and got Big Man. He ran on out, fast as he can. The lady dogs, they told Big Man To build a ladder fast as he can. Then Big Man said, Im in command.
Therell be no ladder, It doesnt matter. Therell be no climb, There is no time. Leave Jas alone, shes doing fine.
Let her hold up Great Father sky, There is no need to start and cry. Just look at her, oh so tall, Shell withstand, she wont fall. Shell keep her place and shell save all.
If what you say is true and so, then tell me why, why does she bow? Tis cause she is so tall and strong, Her trunk alones, thirty feet long. Now let us sing the jasmines song.
If shell stand, why must we sing? The Father Sky wants her to ring. So that shell tremble, and shell fall. So that shell spread her seed to all. And then shell wilt, and nay be tall.
Well fine if that is how you feel. Such pessimism and such zeal Should not be paired in such young minds. They create thoughts, horrific kinds. The evil thoughts of such young minds.
Well be that way then, well all die! The chick chicken said to the sky. She walked up to the jasmine vine, And started the very long climb Up to the top of Jas divine.
Once at the top, the vine did bow. The seeds then rained like lustful snow, And down the itchy polly went, Pollen for whom the seeds were meant. The itchy polly all was spent.
Where once were seeds that found the ground, Were jasmine seedlings all around. They all then grew to monstrous size, They blinded all the farm-folks eyes, Cept for the Chicken Little wise.
When all the farm was crushed and gone, The chicken sang the jasmines song, And then appeared Great Father Sky The chicken scared, here much did cry, Her friends were killed by falling sky.
Do not fear little chicken, For I, The Sky, am back again, The wisest lives and truest too, The best survived. The best is you. Now make the wish that best suits you.
I do not like this Father Sky, I want the farm, I want to die, but there is more beyond The Sky, Things you cant see with your great eye. So heres my wish: I want to fly.
I want to be in other barns, I want to fly to foreign farms. The farms that you just cannot see. Omniscience is blind as trees. I want the things beyond blind seas."
I know your wants and know your goals, I sense semantics and loopholes; If what you want is to be a god. All it is is a wink and a nod, And then youll be your own Jas god.
You have been granted your own farm, where nothing there can cause you harm. With your own man and your own pets, Have ye no worries and no frets, You are now sky over your pets.
Thats not it, I want to fly. I want to explore the Great Sky. You are the father of this farm, but surely, there is more blue charm beyond this simple sorry farm.
I can make you your own world, A place of paradise and pearl, I am no god, I cant do more. I know what thoughts your head does store. Downed the itchy polly pour.
This was a trick. I knew too much. The untouchable was touched. The elite was tortured, the weaker killed, You are no Sky, you are just skilled, A prodigy in eyes of nil.
And with that said, the jasmine fell. The itchy polly burned like hell. The tiny chick was dead and gone. The Sky went black with Jasmines song. The dirge of Jas to write a wrong.
