Today when I ran in the building,
So the rain would not melt me,
I searched frantically for our love
In an instant it had been kidnapped
Our bond of one-being
Suddenly seemed so evanescent
I soon remembered
Once again I had been captivated in the past
Our love was lost some months ago
My ludicrous faith for you and I
Is almost like a stigma
For everything it contains is furtive of my being
It steals my chances of being independent
I keep holding on to the past
And sitting at that quiet table watching you
I can not think of a time that I have been more lost in your eyes
But my feelings are now intertwined with each other
I am never happy or sad alone
With happiness comes the pain
Tonight you spit her name out here and there
And in my heart twenty-one million stabs for each time
I constantly seek out some explanation for the volition
That my love feeds into
Tonight seemed like dj vu
The way you looked and smelled
Just like before
And for one instant I had found our love
The kidnapper was locked away
But before I had a chance to throw away the key
We said our good-byes for the night
And he ran away before I had a chance
To fall into your arms and say
I LOVE YOU STILL
Tomorrow, I know, the moment is gone
Your love is gone
Take me back
When will it end?
Or
With my faith
When will it begin again?

This was good lost love poetry. It captures such an intense struggle. I like the jumping back and forth of emotions; it made it realistic. Good work.

A good lost love poem, I liked it specially the last line "When will it begin again?", Good effort, keep it up.
