Lode Star

Topic: InspirationalPoems

We greet you holy queen on this your feast,
Queen of the heavens and the universe,
From all eternity, found loveliest,
As chosen grail to give the Savior birth.

Vessel unstained - Ark of the Covenant!
And found at last, , - that held divinity,
Him, that holds all that is in mighty a hand,
And rules in sempiternal sovereignty.

Oh holy grail, Queen of the Rosary,
Your help and your assistance will not fail
For those that contemplate the Mystery
With confidence in tears' and sorrows' vale.

Mirror of justice,- sinners last resort,
Sweet maiden queen, by the Almighty kissed,
Before all ages favored by the Lord,
We come to honor you on this your feast.

Sweet queen celestial, Ave! Ave! Hail!
Mystical Rose, - Tower of Ivory,
Oh vessel spotless bright and holy Grail,
Mans bulwark strong, a perpetuity.

Sure refuge for offenders - clemency,
For clemency divine we sinners cry,
Our ship is listing towards calamity
Lode Star most sweet, please stand your children by.

Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary
October 7th 04
