I've never trusted anyone
Never let them in
Instead of confronting them, I just ran to find some place to hide
But somehow you've managed
To find what's left of me
You broke right through my brick wall
I built so that no one could get in
Some how you found the key
To unlock all the feelings inside of me
I couldn't remember how to feel
Until you set me free
But this is what I was afraid of
Somehow, you've managed to find me
You're the only one who knows who I am
I've been dreading this
You can see right through me
How could I let down my guard?
This is what I've been running from
Some how you caught up with me
And you're the only one who has somehow
Been able to find me

| I loved this one, I really did, very well written and very well presented too, also very emotional , I really loved the part that says "Some how you found the key, To unlock all the feelings inside of me"and also the finale is great "And you're the only one who has somehow , Been able to find me", Very good poem, keep it up. |
