Then The Moon Is Made To Be Frail

Contributed by Doriens_Picture on Sunday, 10th October 2004 @ 01:13:55 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

We go out nights

To look at the sky and wonder

To kiss under the stars and moon

And to let our souls dance in the atmosphere

And dream while we are awake

I mostly sit and look at you

Yours is the most beautiful view

When I kiss you the stars fade away

And the moon hides its face

It can’t stand not being the most loved

It can’t stand no being kissed by me

It hides its face until the next night

And hopes that we are not out side

Because you dim the moons pale light

And fill the stars with jealousy

So if the moon on its throne can be made to feel that way

Then The Moon Is Made To Be Frail

And to bow down to you

My love with skin so pale

This is very good, it is sad that so few people have read it. The way you gave the moon emotions was very wonderful.
