This is a great poem. I read in the bible one day a verse that went a little like this.
"Religion from heaven is this: to help the fatherless and the widow, to walk humbly before your god and to keep ones self from being polluted by idols. "
I think your poem testifies to these things. I know it is hard to try again when jaded by those who are supposed to love god but rather tie weights around our necks. I hope one day that you will find the cure to what hurts your heart. In either case I am your friend. |
