Longing

Topic: DreamsandWishes

Longing

The endless waiting
The hours, the days
Forever sitting here, where loneliness prevails
Alone with only silence to fear

Days of darkness seen through unlit eyes
Confides my heart, my soul, my mind
Emptiness fills me, love has left me!
Still here waiting, with only silent whispers to comfort me

Always waiting, forever waiting!
Never taking my turn, just failing
Longing for love, yet to love
Still loves time stands, lost in limbos eyes

Forever longing, always waiting
Love is my wanting
Love is my haunting
Love is my longing
