Your voice I may never hear.
And when I boot up my computer
I know you'll be near.
Your home I may never see.
And when I'm online
I know you won't forget about me.
Our chats are sometimes short.
Sometimes long inbetween.
And your emails mean the world to me.
I wonder about you all now and then.
When I'm feeling blue and need a friend.
A friendship I've never had with another.
Not even my sister or mother.
You know me more than most.
For secrets I've told you
That sometimes I'm afraid to post.
A long distance friendship far and wide.
Who's says it can't work
When youre on the other side?
To my online friends who I will never forget.
Thanks for the company and I have no regrets.
