cerebral fossil fuel
days sliding by with the footsteps
of a blind man with no secrets
"get lost, get lost in me!"
cries the cold nature
"trust me, or you will surely die..."
my invisible lover
bites away the cover
kissing my now naked body
passionately
with a unique power
crystallised lifegiver
gentle soul river
buy me some time
i'll pay you back
in my anonymity
and like a falling leaf
spiralling downward..grief
palliatively i lean against the trunk
morosely yet resignedly i bow my head
i too must fall
