Heart is racing fast
My palms filled with sweat,
Too much pressure around me
God please help me forget!
Filled with unwanted anxiety
My breath suddenly stops short,
Everyone is so blurry
I stumble towards the door
No where to run or hide
Stuck in an immense surrounding,
My memory completely stops
As I collapse to the ground crying
Im alone in my estranged world
Im that scared little girl,
This place is too crowded
Feeling overwhelmed and unsure
Cant blend in with the world
To experience feeling free,
Im trapped in my own cell
Where there is no key

| Mmmm..terrible things they are and that is just what they are...ATTACKS....that word attack really suits anxiety cause it is so like an attack,,,,but with help u can over come them....Good write....Tanya..... |
