I stand up.
Behind me, a ........... beautiful
fountain shoots ...... water a
hundred feet into... the air.
Statues of dolp ..... hins
dancing around the
fountain were mesmerizing the tourists, and
attracting the amateur photographers, but not
anymore, for I am standing up. Now, the
tourists walk away
from the fountain.
They walk away from me,
yelling and mutt .. ering various
expletives while ... each staying at
least twenty .......... feet away from
me at all ................. times. The tourists
avoid ....................... the fountain and the
prof .......................... essional photographers
take .......................... pictures of the fountain.
Mommies
and daddies
tell their children ............................................. to look away from the fountain.
Mommies and daddies yell. ................................................ What?
....................................................... Why are you yelling?
....................... What do you want?
You are only hurting your babies ears.
................................................................................. What?
............................ What do you want?
You are only hurting your babies eyes.
You refuse to look at the beautiful fountain.
................................................................................. What?
.............................. What do you want?
.......................................................................................... Im not doing anything.

Just so you all know... the periods in this poems form a picture, but only when the poem is under right alignment. Centered as it is on this site, it looks a good bit silly. I ask that you take a look at the fountain and children that can be seen running away from the fountain by cutting this out and pasting it in some other program where it can be viewed with a right alignment. It's shape is about half the life of this piece, so what you see now is merely the foetus of an elegant poetic swan. Thank you, and have a nice day. Butterat Zool.
