Twilight

Topic: EmotionalPoetry

A quiet somehow comes with twilight...
telling me another day is gone.
Where, then will I find tomorrow?
What sunrise shall be my song?
All things in nature find their rest.
With seclusion they are blessed.
The hallows of my empty soul...relate to me,
of blessings yet untold.
Speak now in whispers...hushed so none,
this world will hear...lest they fear.
I'm not their being; yet seemingly,
I am one of they; like in temperment and wonder,
with questions answered, sometimes plunder
muddled in this vast expance.
Fascinated by leaves in dance; dazzled by rainbows hued.
Thoughts sometimes subdued.
All in all I like the quiet sunset; it's crimsoned value,
rests my soul!
Now again, I wait for twilight, and things unanswered...
yet untold.
Such is the plight of this everchanging Miracle...called life.
Coming to...settling with..going from...leaving always the
knowledge of it's presence...behing!
Rippling waters rush hastily over shiny pebblews,
of mountain streams: searching its way, oh to be so
blessed.
Their spirit, their love becomes a part of you...not to
hold securely within, but to touch otherrs who continue
to run through the pages, of your life.
Cherish them forever, all who have been a past,
of the Blessed Treasury...within one's Heart!
