Angst is fine in todays society
No single worry of brainless propriety
May have an attack of mild anxiety
But thats only how life is
Deny a child a toy and you hear screams
Go hiking up a mountain and youll see streams
If youre lucky when you sleep youll have dreams
But thats only how life is
A laugh and a giggle is quite alright
Mediocre entertainment available in-flight
Still have the decency to be polite
But thats only how life is
No one knows what the future will bring
My only hope is that I wont have to sing
My lord coffee is an amazing thing
But thats only how life is

This made me feel quite odd....
there's such a mix of emotions in here...
anger, ignorance, scorn, bliss....
and all in such a lightly woven pattern that still manages to sink in so well...
my respects....
