YOURS OR MINE
People get married every day
I really don't know why
They end up hurting each other
and one or the other lies
You start out loving spirits
with your future on your minds
but they end up hating each other
and one or the others fly
I know this sounds upsetting
To you future minded folks
just hope that all your hard laid plans
don't end up gone in smoke
You'll try to change each other
I know they always do
and it wont be fun at all
It will only make you feel blue
Not every mar rage is this bad
but what else could I say
I found myself getting married
and it seemed like just yesterday
but as i glance into the mirror
I notice every tiny line
who's idea was this Any way
was it your or was it mine?

Great question..... of course, in the end - if and when it falls apart, it matters little whose idea it was. But, you know - you got me sitting here wondering the same thing. And frankly - I'm a bit scared of the answer.
Yeh... been there.
