Broken a special heart to me

Broken a special heart to me,
I am a silly little girl to let this come to be,
You mean the world to me yet still I broke your heart,
There is no place to start,
Where to begin apologising for my actions,
I just watch as your heart darkens,
Knowing its all my fault and nothing I do will change it,
I am the fully fledge culprit,
I cannot even forgive myself for the harm I’ve done to you,
Do we still have anything of a friendship to renew?

My words hold very little meaning,
I am on my hands and knees begging,
For you to accept my apology,
I would not blame you if you treat me coldly.
After all I do not deserve anything,
Just a heart full of woe and aching.

The tears I cry for the pain I create,
This has become my fate.
You got so close to me and I hurt you like all the rest,
Leaving us both beyond depressed.
I want to comfort you but I am the cause of pain,
I have made myself ill and almost insane,
Yet this is nothing compared to what I’ve done to you,
I left you feeling broken and blue,
May be I should stay out of your life for good.
I do not even know if this will be understood.
You are special to me yet I’ve been the biggest….
*****!
