Where Were You?

Contributed by Kie-Kie on Monday, 18th October 2004 @ 05:13:49 AM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

He was there
But where were you?
When morld came crashing down
When I thought my life was through

He comforted me
But where were you?
To comfort, help, protect
Isn't that what friends do?

He listened to me
But where were you?
To help sort out my thoughts
To mamke me feel less blue

He and I broke up
Our loving days are through
Yet he still was there for me
So I ask, where were you?
