My eyes see a brother soaked in blood, Your hand holding onto my sleeve, I cry out red trails of memories, Remembering we arent related
A million holes in my back, Your eyes always watching me, Drunken confessions ring in my ears, Were the same you quote.
Joining hell connected women, Thought out pressures dig in. Concentrated depression weighs us down, Strike two, were the same.
Similar escape tattooed on our hearts, No concept of how or when it will happen, Only the need imbedded in our heads, Half way around the base.
Strike three; were at the end, Still tied together by our hands, Back to back, were both smiling. And I realise, were the same
