Slowly and steadily I do it
Over and over again
All my effort,
Slowly, steadily, over and over.
Concentrating
Slowly, steadily, over and over.
Perfect line.
Slowly, steadily, over and over.
So straight
Slowly, steadily, over and over.
So vibrant
Slowly, steadily, over and over.
Numb
Slowly, steadily, over and over.
Blood seeps,
Slowly, steadily, over and over.
Wrists throb
Slowly, steadily, over and over.
I cut myself
Slowly, steadily, over and over.
