Swallowing my despondency I conjure up a smile Telling you its all aright But I can only stay awhile You absently nod your head Oblivious to my dismay Place a cold kiss upon my cheek And fervently clear the way Forcing myself to react I lift my leadened feet Knowing this to be the last time My heart shall ever beat.

Ohhhhh CT.... I like this, too. Your voice is sooo clear... your emotions evident. Nicely, nicely done!
You have a fan!
