Choices
I dont know whats worse my bite or my bark
My kind un hurtful white lies, or my straight forward remark
Speak ill of my foes as their own lips tell lies
Makes for hidden opinions, and averted eyes
Speak the truth and be damned
Or say fabricated half-honesties and escape un harmed
Wicked tongue like a viper, seething poisonous slash
Or dare to be honorable and open the sweet little empath
When words are weapons casualties occur
Best to keep mouth shut, or much discomfort endure
Whos to say?
Which is the best way?

I prefer the sraight out than the liers and players,cool poem though each reader would have there own opinion. on which is which.
Good rythem, interesting topic, overall awesome poem. |
