OUR LOVE WAS HERE AND NOW IT'S GONE
ALL I HAVE NOW ARE MEMORIES THAT LIVE ON
I FEEL LIKE I LET YOU SLIP AWAY
IT FEELS LIKE YOU WERE HERE ONE MINUTE
AND GONE THE NEXT DAY
THESE TEARS FEEL LIKE THEY WILL NEVER STOP
THE PAIN COMES OUT OF ME WITH EVERY DROP
BUT YOU HAVE MOVED ON AND SO SHOULD I
I NEVER THOUGHT I COULD GET SO CAUGHT UP IN ONE GUY
IT SCARES ME TO THINK THAT YOU COULD HAVE BEEN THE ONE
AND IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE, OUR RELATIONSHIP WAS DONE
YOU WILL ALWAYS HOLD A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART
AND A NEW LIFE IS GOING TO BE SO HARD TO START
I TOLD YOU I LOVE YOU AND I ALWAYS WILL
THE EMPTINESS IN ME IS SOMETHING ONLY YOU CAN FILL

Awesome poem from a great writer. I think a good title would be " Only You Can Fill" I really like your creative style which paints a perfect complete picture for the minds eye to clearly see. Great message contained within your creative words of talented art. Your Friend
