it's the slowest suicide,
where you'll still be alive and look back and say:
"I killed myself daily long ago."
but you won't be dead from it,
you'll still breathe,
wishing it was easier,
you'll still move,
wishing you were stronger,
you'll still dream,
wishing them true,
you'll still work,
wishing you had, so much more before.
"why didn't I just..." you'll think,
believing it would've been easier than it would've,
but you could've, would've been different,
if you never had to say should've,
the time you wish you hadn't let by,
will be wasted.
the more you breathe,
the more you'll die,
if you don't breathe easy,
and breathe at breathing's best
