as i sit here all alone wondering what to do,
as he says i will be home soon.
looking around for his rush,
he says got to go its a must.
not caring who he hurts,
all i say god why this curse.
as he destroys me and my hopes,
all he says your strong you can cope.
his friends and drugs is what he wants more,
all i can do is watch him walk out that door.
not caring who is hurts,
all i say god why this curse.
i want so much to be by his side,
but all he does is push meand make me cry.
its like that straw is more on his mind,
there he goes another line.

kids are soon to be asking were is he,
what do i tell them you see.
that he is the greatest to them,
but i know it is not him.
