I am your daughter
but you are not my father
you abandoned me
left me standing in the rain
all alone in my pain
you never knew he beat me
because you were never there
because you just never cared
he acts like I don't exist
he did when he hit
I was just the one there
when he got really mad
he just never was my dad
all the bruises I took over the years
its never enough to cry all these tears
when will this anger come out
and not stay locked inside
inside myself... I truely hide

Good write... my dear... keep going... keep writing... u're not gonna heal overnight... and I know u've heard this a thousand times... it's gonna take time... there's a light at the end of the tunnel... just keep walking through and u'll make it... U're strong... I know u will!!!
