Its a crucial time For all Mankind Some believe in endless war In a fixed ugly mind
A Yee-ha! mentality In place of a plan Led by a cipher In place of a man
The folly is awesome And tragic too The analogy of lemmings Is all too true
It suits the right To play the raving hero As the dead keep mounting Row on row
An uglier sight We will rarely see Than these political wars Of hypocrisy
Building careers On the glorious dead With speeches of lies All so badly led
Bush and Cheney Creatures of control Its not freedom they want But a grip on your soul
The concept of democracy They wish to destroy A conservative dictat They will employ
Fixing the game So they always win Using lies as fact With a sleazy spin
Feeding their sponsors At YOUR expense Their ugly crimes Are truly immense
Big Oil and Construction Pharma and the rest Selling your rights As THEY invest
In the next million dollars That BUYS policy, please believe As they fleece you clean And seek to deceive
All into thinking They have your interests at heart While stripping your rights Straight from the start
They will bring no security No freedom from fear They will only rob you Of all you hold dear
Right now they're all smiles So false and facile Tomorrow we'll see More hidden guile
From those who stand in the shadows Behind the Bozo Bush Those who pull the strings That stick from his tush
Cjheney and the rest With their hearts of ice Manipulate your emotions Like crooked dice
Look at the true intentions Of these crooked few Dont be fooled by their words Look at what they DO
They will surely bring you To the gates of hell To an isolated America Forever consigned to dwell
In a future of fear With shadows all around Fuelled by the hawks Who prepared the ground
The more FEAR they create The more they can win THIS is how they see it THIS is what they spin
If they can keep you Fearing your every step Then theyll control you In their endless grip
For them that is positive A card they can play To forward agendas Better kept locked away
Now is their hour And they know it well So they stoke your fear From the mouth of hell
Dont think they wish for The terrorists defeat Thats not the plan That makes their hearts beat
Its all too convenient To KEEP you in fear So you do what they say THIS they hold so dear!
Political power To control your thought To bend you to their will While the war is fought
Now do you see How crucial is this time? Resisting endless war That will destroy Mankind?
Now we must break free Its time to make a start To remove these ugly parasites Who so grip our heart
They dont wish your freedom They dont wish you strong They want you controlled By deception that is so wrong
Dont be misled by their illusions Those ones that they spin These sick souls are corrupting And will stoop so low to win
NOW is the time to TRULY become free The time for true honour And selfless bravery
Its time to stand tall And see through these ugly men Asserting a TRUE moral strength In AMERICA again
