I look at me What do I see? Someone plain Someone boring The chameleon changing to please The book of sorrows no one dares read I look at me and see A girl that does nothing but hide A girl who others see as boring
But you look at me And what do you see? Beautiful eyes Someone exciting The one with a heart of pure gold The one you want to help You look at me and see A girl who does nothing but care A girlk whom you love adoring
How is it possible? We see different things When looking at the same person You see a different me Is she one of my masks? A figment of your mind? Or is it me she's confused? Could it be that I'm wrong? All this time I was special And I did belong
