Piece by piece
My heart breaks
Into a millions pieces
Of shard glass
It's safe to walk over
It's been crushed many times before
It's tired too, like me
Too tired to beat again
Piece by piece
I feel my body breaking
Because my heart is broken
And can never be repaired
I'm not welcome anywhere
I'm a disgrace to everyone
Nothing but a stupid *****
Thank you for helping me realize that
Piece by piece
My heart stays shattered
Never to heal again
It doesn't make things better
Nothing will
Nothing ever has
I give in
I'm through
