Perfect Strangers 2...

Contributed by FleurdeSang on Wednesday, 27th October 2004 @ 03:14:08 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

We met at the shores of Loneliness
An ocean of Sorrow we both have crossed
Encountered by another,
When I thought I was the only one
He was beautiful;
His soul, so luminous, I could see,
Through those solemn eyes
Not a word was uttered
All was said through one inviting smile
And the spell was cast
Strangers, distant with quiet respect
Expressions were spoken,
Such a radiant song of my life he sang
He told a tale of an existence so dark,
So completely saddening
The cloud that shadowed my eyes,
Rained down gentle sorrow
We exchanged stories,
Many tears falling, our hearts swelling
He ended his tale,
Looking deeply into my eyes and whispering sweetly,

But all has changed, since Ive met you..."

My dead heart started beating again,
This lifeless body came back to life
I felt something that I swore never to feel,
In fear of being torn again
Desires were rekindled,
Devious Cupid had struck me once more
It seemed as though the infernal meddler had penetrated him as well
This love, such a mystery
Yet, I wish not to solve it
Such a wondrous enigma should not be deciphered
I laid in his arms,
Relishing the warmth, the adoration emitting from him
Together, we watched the blinding Ruler of Day slowly die,
Its blood spilling across the horizon
We welcomed the precious Nigh with open arms,
Greeting my lovely Muse,
New ruler and Temptress of the obscure skies
The winds were like cool feathers brushing against our flesh,
Whispering of love, soul mates, Fate
The waves sang a hymn of eternal splendor,
My moon dancing atop them
It was perfect.
Beyond perfect, beyond everything
Lost inside eternity, that is our love,
Sharing a kiss,
Weeping tears of joy
Perfect strangers,
Yet, made for each other
A bond that could never be broken
A love that goes beyond all else
The sweetest Melodie is sung,
Two angelic voices rising high,
Their hearts following

Across the desolate seas of Sorrow,
Past the shores of Loneliness,
He was there waiting for me,
As if he was always there
Patiently lingering,
Searching for something that he wasnt quite sure what it was
After all the anguish and misery,
There I was
After all the pain and suffering,
There he was
Perfect strangers,
Who fell in love with just one smile

This poem is so beautiful...so emotional. I loved how I felt after I read it; so perfectly calm, contented...I felt...passionate, as was this poem also...I really, truly loved this write

I am lost in the ocean ... in song in the ripples of the sea.
Carried away by an enchanted love so strong a bond so deep.
Your words took me to a paradise on earth.
Time stood still and the world faded away in the distance.

Perfection a beautiful enchanting love you shared such passion and longing which evoked memories inside of me.
Thank you for taking me to your paradise.

And for making me remember mine

Love Sweetangelukxxx

Steph,
He knew, somewhere ... someone had to be out there ... someone meant just for him. He lit a fire, sending tiny sparks into the night sky beneath la luna's watchful eye and before her attendant children and whispered out into the darkness ... "Come to me" ... and his words were carried away on the wispy tails of smoke filled dreams.

Another beautiful write Stephy ...

Nazmythian ~
