Finally this is my last breath
i've been taken over by death
my soul is gone
i am no more
thats why i lay sprawled on the floor
as i think of dying
i can't stop crying
i always said it wouldnt go this far
just a couple cuts
here and there
I swear
feeling so alone
i start to moan
still more blood
that causes a flood
on the white floor
it won't stop, more and more
as i say godbye
i finally...die

But remember - poetry isn't all about rhyme, it's about feelings, in any which way they come out!
But that's fantastic rhyming, I wish I could rhyme like that lol
