Lost Memory
I once had a buddy who was such a sweetie.
Perfect in every way, speaking together everyday.
Nothing but a kind little fella he was.
Believe me when I say, I've yet seen his biggest flaws.
He may be sweet. He may be kind.
But one thing he's not. He's definitely not blind.
So how can I sit here and wonder why the change...
Why the change of heart? It just struck me up so strange.
Sometimes I wonder why G-d sent me this Angel.
Too late now since came already our time to say farewell.
He was also my friend, but now comes our end.
He whom was my buddy, is now but a lost memory.
