In my mind's eye I retain your form
The outline of you every contour and curve.
I love you with a passion like an electrical storm
Just the thought of you negates my calm reserve.
In my mind I hold you still
And feel your lips on mine like the sweetest wine
How much I want you with me say you will
Together we feel so fine sublime.
My mind's eye has captured your face
Every feature from the sparkle in your eyes
To your glorious smile make my heart race
And each day something new a wondrous surprise.
In my mind's eye I see us twirl and dance
Embracing, twirling, soaring into one
I see us hungry, loving, taking the chance
Most of all I see this love brighter than any sun.
