Understated emotions take me far from where I am
At every extreme of spectrum
Felt highs and lows at random
You're inside of every space
and not coincidentally
I feel in getting beyond knowing one solely
intellectually deeper does the reality make
yet the thirstiness with which you abandon
at times when fully awake
becomes the epitomy of my explanation
In observance of myself
revealed mostly in underestimations
or hidden like not felt
The absolute blithe intensely
The heaviness of heart severely
The anger that resides inside me
The affection for you that over-rules me
The lonliness that becomes afraid
The bursts of love that make me brave
Enclosed in universal range of ways I feel
Accepting an understanding that all of it is real
as confusing pieces of me
left broken edges that do not agree
can not be pieced together
as something seen coherently
And words come when emotions speak
Must seem like obsession
that makes me weak
I can only imagine the knots that you feel
Like running away
would make this less real
Or passing by is safer without me
glimpsing only my silhouette
reveals an image simply
easier to forget
than time spent alone
and moments wrenched with love
It shows the difference
between what is and what was
What would be or could be
or should be or can't...
Spoken things unable to recant
remembers smaller things
feels the softer things
And realizes
He is Everything
