Slowly at first, then gathering speed
the ignorant children take no heed
faster they spin, then faster still
till the world spins with them, or so they feel
All becomes flawless, from their distorted eyes
the earth blends together into one beautiful lie
and at the peak of perfection they clumsily fall
down comes their world, lies and all
