Bleeding Angel

Contributed by addicted2selfharm on Tuesday, 2nd November 2004 @ 10:33:56 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

An angel with black wings, and eyes of red.
Crept apon me, when I was sleeping in my bed.
With bloody red lips, and eyes of crimson, skin so pale, as if it were ice.
Straight black hair scattered across her face, with bleeding tears, and mascara smeared.
This happening is what she feared beaten to death, from one whom she loved.
A bloody nose, a liquid trance drained down her face.
On to her soft red lips, and down her chin.
She stared at me with death in her eyes.
Mascara smeared, I knew he made her cry.
You could see it in her eyes, such a trance this dark angel shown.
The bruise on her face so dark and blue.
He went too far this time, beaten her to death all because she didn't do something right.
She reached out with her cold hand, wanting me to come with her.
I wanted too so badly, but then I realized this angel was me...
I was staring at my own lifeless body in my bed, my head turned towards the wall, a hand hanging over the bed, with blood dripping down, I stared there with my lifeless eye, wondering if I ever would be found.

I like your poem,
Very dark, very not knowing what to do...
Wish I could help..
But I can't..
Hoping for you to get a better life..

Have a nice life,
Lord Vince Black
